I have lived on Lake Norman for over 15 years, after graduating from West Virginia University with a B.A. in Communications and B.S. in
Journalism-Advertising.
My work experience includes selling and advertising for several marketing firms, including Steve Thomas Marketing and Design and Cadmus Direct in Charlotte. My experience with these firms allowed me an opportunity to teach these skills to students at Statesville Montessori School.
I have been selling real estate for just under 10 years, and throughout my career, have always embraced the opportunity to work with people. I love meeting new people and enjoy sharing my love for what the Charlotte and Lake Norman area offer.
My designations include Accredited Buyers Agent (ABR) and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).
The ABR designation is geared to real estate brokers who frequently work with buyers. This designation provides Brokers with additional education on the buying side of the transaction.
Only 10% of Realtors achieve the GRI designation. Anyone who achieves GRI has made a voluntary decision to educate above and beyond annual continuing education. The GRI education focuses on topics of current market conditions and real estate trends.
